We had planned on getting our roof done in the spring. Had a leak develop a few days ago. Called Cory. Sent out two of his team to temporary fix the damage. Got the bid to us. We said do it as soon as possible. Just a couple of day they called and said the weather was going to give them a window of 2 days to tear off the old roof repair sheeting and install new shingles. It worked just that way. Our home has a new roof and we couldn’t be happier with the workmanship...
They roofed my mother’s roof and she was very satisfied! Cleaned everything up and fixed issues she had with her garage! Great team!

I fell for the Google search scammers when I suddenly needed a roof replaced. After two weeks of getting jerked around, I called Schafer Roofing on a Friday. I was told they'd be there on Monday. I was at the property at 7:15 to open the door for other workers doing floors. I came back at around 12:30. The new roof was installed, and the yard looks as if no one was even there!!! Now granted it wasn't a huge home, maybe 13 sq? But THESE GUYS ARE FAST!!!! I'd give them ten stars if I could!!!
So on a late stormy Sunday night. My 80 ft tall Ash tree decided to drop a 14ft limb into my roof and spiking it into my kids bedroom. As much as I am for a skylight in the roof, the rain coming in didn't persuade me enough. At 5 am I text Cory and by lunchtime my roof looked new again. Keep in mind I was not certain of my color of shingles or the extent of the damage. Also, I live an hour east of Adair. I'm sure he had many other services this day too. I have pictures to show the work, but you cannot see where there was damage. And this is matching up to a 11 year old roof. Do not hesitate to call, text, whatever. I will not call anyone else for my roofing needs ever!
